In my life, yoga and holistic wellness was a game-changer. I felt rejuvenated like I was pressing the reset button each time I stepped onto my mat, allowing myself to come back to life off the mat with a renewed sense of empowerment and fullness that I could share with my little girls, husband, friends, family and others. 

Creating balance within ourselves, our lives and careers is challenging but vital. What began as a physical connection then overflowed into other aspects of being.
Adopting a meditation practice, and holistic wellness practices gave rise to self-care and emotional growth. From there, I discovered a sense of connection and compassion which then evolved my relationships.

Fit yoga / Vinyasa - Power yoga

Vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” which speaks to the flowing and creative nature of this style of yoga. Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement, often making it a faster-paced style. However, there is plenty of room in each pose to hold and feel the stretch.

Try Vinyasa yoga if: You have a background in dance or creative expression You enjoy faster-paced movement You get easily distracted — the breathwork helps tremendously here You’re interested in peak pose sequencing, or gradually opening up to a challenge pose

Building that inner heat through vigorous flow and fast-paced movement. In Power yoga, you might find pose variations that involve a fitness element, like Side Plank variations or Boat Pose variations. Under this umbrella of Power yoga includes fitness-focused styles.

Prenatal & Postnatal yoga

If you’re pregnant and looking for a low-impact way to strengthen, stretch, and prepare your body for birth, look no further than Prenatal yoga. While most yoga styles can be modified for pregnancy, a Prenatal yoga class is specifically geared toward expecting people with a slower pace, frequent modifications, and tailored sequences and poses depending on your trimester.

Mums and Bubs

Includes lots of creative and fun ways for parents to practice yoga postures with their babies, building strength and finding restoration for the postnatal body as well as providing stimulation for babies. Nourishment for parent and baby is created through movements, massage, song, yoga postures, awareness of breath and relaxation.
